I joined LIT as an absolute beginner, with only one video edit ever to my name. I was skeptical at first, but LIT surprised me by helping me develop both skills and character. From someone who couldn’t even step on stage, I ended up giving a 30-minute presentation by the end of the course. Overall, LIT was a great experience for me.
LIT School has been my magical place where I got to unlock my hidden potential and got my confidence back. Everyone deserves a space where people not only push you to be better professionally, but also to become the best version of yourself.
Before LIT, I was a software engineer with no marketing skills and a fear of being on camera. LIT taught me marketing, content creation, and the metrics that matter, while pushing me to create viral content. The challenges trained me to execute fast — helping me grow a startup to 25K+ downloads and gain 32K followers organically. LIT taught me to turn ideas into results.
LIT was a transformative milestone, bringing my ideas to life and giving me a platform to showcase my abilities. Its hands-on approach gave invaluable insights into modern marketing and running an agency, from pitching to delivering projects. This practical journey fueled personal growth and self-discovery, leaving a lasting impact on my professional and personal life.
LIT School made learning fun and easy for me. It helped me understand things better, grow in marketing, and connect with industry leaders.
Working with Tier 1 clients once felt impossible, as opportunities seemed tied to years of experience, not skill. LIT shattered that mindset, gave me the skills and opportunities, and instilled the belief that no goal is out of reach.
I chose the Creator Marketer course at LIT, and it transformed my knowledge of marketing. I learned about content creation, funnel building, and reaching potential clients. The frameworks and mentor guidance were a game-changer, especially for pitching myself and my ideas. LIT gave me valuable exposure to marketing and practical skills I can apply immediately.
My favourite LIT memory is the Dream a Dozen challenge. I sat with my team, threw out wild ideas, worked like mad, and when it came together, it hit. That feeling when people love your idea and clap for it is like rocket fuel, you just want the next challenge immediately. LIT didn’t just teach me; it lit the fire and marked the start of something big for me.
Even after college, I had no clarity about my strengths and no solid answer to “Why should we hire you?” At LIT, through practical, consistent work, I discovered my strengths, built skills I’d always wanted, and gained clarity and confidence. Today, I can answer that question with certainty and stand out in interviews with the skills and experience I’ve gained.
Before LIT, I struggled with low confidence and found it difficult to talk to strangers. Speaking on stage felt impossible, during my first presentation, I went completely blank. Over time at LIT, my personality and skills grew, helping me build the confidence I lacked. By the end of the course, I had overcome my stage fear and could make friends with ease.
Back in college, I always felt like I didn’t belong. At LIT, I felt a sense of belonging with people from different backgrounds and goals. The best part was how we came together to solve problems and move ahead, even with different aims. The crowd at LIT was driven, passionate, and always creating, which motivated me to achieve my goals as well.
LIT was a pivotal point in my life. While education is vital, there were times when educators didn’t care much about student growth. At LIT, people cared. I found a community that pushed me to grow, dream bigger, and believe in myself. The lessons, friendships, and support will stay with me for life. LIT was, is, and will always remain my family.
