LIT was a pivotal point in my life. While education is vital, there were times when educators didn’t care much about student growth. At LIT, people cared. I found a community that pushed me to grow, dream bigger, and believe in myself. The lessons, friendships, and support will stay with me for life. LIT was, is, and will always remain my family.

Back in college, I always felt like I didn’t belong. At LIT, I felt a sense of belonging with people from different backgrounds and goals. The best part was how we came together to solve problems and move ahead, even with different aims. The crowd at LIT was driven, passionate, and always creating, which motivated me to achieve my goals as well.

Before LIT, I struggled with low confidence and found it difficult to talk to strangers. Speaking on stage felt impossible, during my first presentation, I went completely blank. Over time at LIT, my personality and skills grew, helping me build the confidence I lacked. By the end of the course, I had overcome my stage fear and could make friends with ease.

Even after college, I had no clarity about my strengths and no solid answer to “Why should we hire you?” At LIT, through practical, consistent work, I discovered my strengths, built skills I’d always wanted, and gained clarity and confidence. Today, I can answer that question with certainty and stand out in interviews with the skills and experience I’ve gained.

My favourite LIT memory is the Dream a Dozen challenge. I sat with my team, threw out wild ideas, worked like mad, and when it came together, it hit. That feeling when people love your idea and clap for it is like rocket fuel, you just want the next challenge immediately. LIT didn’t just teach me; it lit the fire and marked the start of something big for me.

Working with Tier 1 clients once felt impossible, as opportunities seemed tied to years of experience, not skill. LIT shattered that mindset, gave me the skills and opportunities, and instilled the belief that no goal is out of reach.

Before LIT, I was a software engineer with no marketing skills and a fear of being on camera. LIT taught me marketing, content creation, and the metrics that matter, while pushing me to create viral content. The challenges trained me to execute fast — helping me grow a startup to 25K+ downloads and gain 32K followers organically. LIT taught me to turn ideas into results.

I joined LIT as an absolute beginner, with only one video edit ever to my name. I was skeptical at first, but LIT surprised me by helping me develop both skills and character. From someone who couldn’t even step on stage, I ended up giving a 30-minute presentation by the end of the course. Overall, LIT was a great experience for me.

Why Real-World Beats Rote Learning in the AI Age
When Varun Mayya addressed LIT students, he called out education's biggest flaw: we're memorising when we should be doing. He championed hands-on learning, especially in marketing where live campaigns beat case studies every time. Then he shifted gears, painting a future where AI tool mastery and adaptability will separate winners from the rest.
Authenticity Over Algorithm
When Kusha took the stage at LIT, she didn’t just talk content, she talked community. She highlighted the power of staying authentic, how her tribe stood by her through controversies, and how that same trust fueled her product launches. For LIT Students, it was a masterclass in how loyalty and honesty turn audiences into movements.

Learning by Design: Making Ideas Stick Like Glue
Ganesh, the founder of Think School, sat down with LIT Students for a session on design thinking that felt more like a playbook than a lecture. From book recs to content breakdowns, he showed how learning can be sharp, simple, and fun. His session proved that good ideas aren’t just taught — they’re designed to stick.
