Life at LIT

Why Real-World Beats Rote Learning in the AI Age
When Varun Mayya addressed LIT students, he called out education's biggest flaw: we're memorising when we should be doing. He championed hands-on learning, especially in marketing where live campaigns beat case studies every time. Then he shifted gears, painting a future where AI tool mastery and adaptability will separate winners from the rest.
Authenticity Over Algorithm
When Kusha took the stage at LIT, she didn’t just talk content, she talked community. She highlighted the power of staying authentic, how her tribe stood by her through controversies, and how that same trust fueled her product launches. For LIT Students, it was a masterclass in how loyalty and honesty turn audiences into movements.
Visit to Scott International
An immersive visit to a garment factory that revealed the behind-the-scenes of B2B manufacturing and fashion economics.
Learning by Design: Making Ideas Stick Like Glue
Ganesh, the founder of Think School, sat down with LIT Students for a session on design thinking that felt more like a playbook than a lecture. From book recs to content breakdowns, he showed how learning can be sharp, simple, and fun. His session proved that good ideas aren’t just taught — they’re designed to stick.
NAMMA CREATOR CARNIVAL
Sorted Studio Field Trip
A sonic deep-dive into resonance, SFX, and podcast production—guided by audio experts at Sorted Studio.
From Reach to Revenue
In a fireside chat with LIT Students, Raj opened up about scaling House of X into a distribution powerhouse. He broke down how audience attention can be engineered into real business success, from brand collabs to launching his own perfume with King. His story showed students that reach is just the beginning. Conversion is the real game.
Beat Gurus Music Band Challenge
Students formed intuitive music bands using 45+ instruments—with zero experience but full creative instinct.
Grit Over Glamour: Building Beauty with Brains and Budget
When Ananya joined our cohort at LIT, she spoke about overcoming self-doubt, building brands with purpose, and staying frugal with money even as you grow. She dropped real lessons on resilience and financial discipline, while sharing her leap into beauty ventures. The students walked away with one truth: grit beats glamour, every single time.
The Strategic Mind Behind Viral Chaos
When Orry walked into LIT, he flipped the narrative. Known for memes, he revealed the serious marketing brain behind PR stunts like the Balenciaga chips bag and leading a 100-member team. For students, it was a peek into how influence is never accidental, it’s engineered, bold, and strategic.
